We Will Contact You
After checking and confirming your repair order, we will contact you. Please make sure you provide your correct phone number or email address! You will receive a summary of your confirmed order.
Make Payment
For the payment of the repair, the following convenient options are available to you.
1. Bank Transfer: Pay the invoice via bank transfer. Please note that an additional €6.99 will be charged for return shipping! Our bank details are as follows: Sparkasse KölnBonn.

2. Cash on Delivery: Pay conveniently upon receiving your package from the postal carrier. This payment method incurs additional fees of €6.00!
Package and Send Device
Package the device , but without other accessories such as SIM card, charger, SD card, etc. Please do not send us the original packaging of your device! Send the device in your own interest by insured shipping. Please deactivate your lock code if possible, or (if you have set an unlock pattern) attach a sketch on paper with your unlock pattern to the device. Please send your device well padded in neutral packaging to: :shop_address. Secure yourself by sending the device insured! This way you will not suffer any financial disadvantage in case of possible loss of the package by the parcel service provider.
Repair Within 24 Hours
As soon as your payment and your device have arrived with us, your device will be repaired, tested, and insured and sent back to you within 24 hours.
Return Shipping
The insured shipping is done with DHL or UPS. This takes about 1-2 business days. You will also receive a tracking number so you can track the shipment of your device.
